A pleasantly appointed craft-beer venture from the former manager of the legendary Dry Dock bar, Beer Blvd includes a very casual standing area as well as tables. Six or seven taps dispense both US and Japanese craft beers, at Y1000-1200 per pint. The frites are good, but otherwise food menu here can be hit or miss. (Open Saturdays 4-11pm)
