Delirium Cafe: Ginza
The popular Belgian chain imports its own beers and also runs a Tokyo- and Brussels-based brewery. You can usually find a half dozen or more beers on tap, with dozens more by the bottle. The cozy interior is long and narrow, reminiscent of a railway car, with side doors that open up for open-air seating when the weather is nice.
If you're hungry, Delirium's kitchen turns out well-prepared, meaty fare like grilled Iwate aged beef, lamb and Tokyo X pork as well as Belgian-style frites and mussels. Budget around Y4,000-5,000 for food and drink at dinnertime. No lunch on Mondays.
