This second Tokyo branch of Kiuchi Brewery's sort-of-brewpub offers ten taps of Hitachino Nest beer, including a few unusual seasonal brews that are hard to find elsewhere. Regular draft beers are all priced at Y680, and they also have some super-premium barrel-aged beers in bottles if you want to splurge. The food is fairly typical bar fare, with dishes like sausages and sauerkraut.
The setting - on the second floor of Tokyo Station's Granroof complex - is pleasantly urban, although parts of the cozy interior can feel a bit cramped. (Also the automatic door can be overactive, which is unfortunate in bad weather.) There's some outdoor standing room if you want some fresh air. Look for the upward-bound escalators on the east side of the station, just to the south of Daimaru department store.
