A spacious brewpub under the management of the Craft Beer Market group, Craftrock serves nine of their own beers and three guest craft beers. The food comes in decent-size portions for the price, but unfortunately isn't up to the standards of the beer - our mac 'n' cheese would have been better with less egg and a lot more cheese, and our pork rib stew was surprisingly bland for a pork dish.
Craftrock's brewmaster was formerly a brewer at DevilCraft, and a recent taplist included a kolsch, an American wit, an oatmeal brown ale and several IPAs, some hazy and some not. The brewery's own beers are priced at Y600 for a half pint (250ml) and Y900 for a pint (473ml).
The bar is open all day, but with only a limited food menu from 2-5pm. There's a stage for live music in one corner, presumably for the occasional evening performance, although nothing was on the upcoming schedule when we visited. Budget around Y2500-3500 for dinner and drinks.
