La La Chai Thai: Hatagaya

La La Chai serves Thai food and craft beer, with a half-dozen taps dispensing beers from breweries like Y Market (Nagoya), Black Tide (Miyagi-ken) and Yatsugatake (Nagano). The food menu features lots of grilled meats and a number of southern Thai dishes like pork-rib curry, Phuket pork belly stew, and southern Thai rice salad.
Lunches tend to be just a single dish with rice and a soft drink, so sharing a number of plates at dinnertime is probably more interesting. Beers start at around Y700 for a small (280ml) glass and Y1,100 for a large (450ml) size. Lunch is served until 4pm and starts at Y1,000; budget Y3,000 or so at dinnertime.
