Occupying a spacious 82-seat spread at the very back of Toranomon's T-Market restaurant complex, Dam Brewery serves two of their own beers as well as a rotating guest roster. During a recent visit their brewed-on-premises beers were a saison and a brown ale (a collaboration with Little Darling Coffee Roasters and Rise & Win brewery). The four guest taps dispense beers from breweries like North Island, Fukuoka Craft Beer and Y Market. Guest beers are priced at Y980 and Y1,400, while Dam beers are a bit less.
In addition to beers, the drinks list includes creative original cocktails, including fun low-alcohol variations like "White Lemon Pie" (mascarpone, coconut, yogurt, lemon) and "Little Peach" (vermouth, peach, raspberry, rose hips, hibiscus). There's also a decent wine list, with seven wines available by the glass.
The food menu features ambitious snacks like snapper ceviche and taramosalata as well as oven-grilled seafood items (shrimp, squid, soft-shell crab) and vegetables (cauliflower in green curry sauce, asparagus, mushrooms). The atmosphere is lively, seating is comfortable, and service is friendly and attentive. Bring a credit card or a Suica card, as payment is cashless.
